    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

    The price is per room.

  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you want.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have 12 floors and three lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Quiet and private.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No. Only Suites and Jr. Suites.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there are no balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning without extracharge all year.

    No, there is not.

    Yes, there is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the hotel if you requiered it in the reception.

    Barajas airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes. From 07:00 to 11:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Saturday. We don't make reservations.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Bus no. 1-72.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Railway station: Chamartin. Metro station: Cartagena and Avda. de America.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a very nice restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
