• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be paid on arrival at hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English, German and French are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and 3 lifts in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel has non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dialling telephone in all rooms.

  The nearest airport is the "Reina Sofía" south airport, a few kilometers away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have no shuttle bus service to the airport, but we have this free service to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Hotel Shuttle bus service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There is no railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is few minutes from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a fitness center with Sauna, massage, indoor pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Sorry, there is no modem in the room to surf the Internet.
