• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  All prices are for bed & breakfast, half board or full board.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when you check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Suites are adapted for private journey as honeymoon, romantic travel, etc.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All suites are with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All suites are with terrace. Possibility to have views to the gardens/beach.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The TV provides Local (TVE, A3, etc) and European channels (Eurosport, BBC, etc).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditionned is included in the price and is available all year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, however you can connect your laptop computer by Wi-fi connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, an outdoor swimming-pool open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there's an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You have "Rent a car" points at less than 500m from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 3 supermarkets and 500m from the city center where you can find all kinds of stores and malls.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Málaga International Airport (AGP) which is 1 hour by car from Almuñecar.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  You have a bus stop just in front the hotel which can pick you up to drop you in any place of the Costa Tropical. You also have the Bus Station (500m) for longer trips.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There's no railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 800m away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public Beach (San Cristobal Beach).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, the price is included in the room.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a gastronomic restaurant nestled in the "Isla del Ocio" gardens.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Connection from rooms by Wi-fi available.
