  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All rates quoted are based per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the rate. Breakfast has an additional cost.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes if you want.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, English, French and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    3 Floors plus the ground floor. There is two elevators for the guests.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms are private and have 3 different décors, Moorish, Barroque or Castillian.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of the rooms might feature a terrace on the top floor.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some Junior Suites feature a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Non smoking rooms are available.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms feature cable TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms feature direct dialling telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air condition/heating. The temperature can be regulated individually in each room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    A business centre is at guest disposal in the ground floor.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    An outdoor swimming pool is open during spring/summer season.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Indoor parking is available for all guests (sur charge).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The concierge can arrange car rental to be delivered (upon availability) directly to the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Seville San Pablo Airport is just 13 km away from the hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Private pickup can be arranged with the concierge prior to arrival at the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Nearest bus stop to the airport is just 500M away from the hotel. For more info please liase with Concierge.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Seville Santa Justa train station is only 2.5 Km away from the hotel. The AVE fast train from Madrid arrives to this station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    A brand new Gym by the pool is openend just for hotel guests.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No pets are allowed in the hotel.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    San Fernando restaurant is the main hotel restaurant. Alternatively a Japanese restaurant, Kaede is located in the hotel gardens.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    All public areas have WI-FI access points. Alternatively DSL lines are featured in each room. Dial-up connections are also possible inside the rooms.
