• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Once in reception ask the recepcionist.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, Catalan, English and German spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors and two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms at the back, which some guests, apreciate them because they are not facing the avenue. And some superior rooms with view over the sea and the Cathedral.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them, ask availability.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them, ask availability.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a satellite TV with international channels in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms have central heating and air conditioning depending on the season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have Wireless for your notebooks.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  PMI Son Sant Joan.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 metres away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Inca, Manacor and Soller Train in Plaza de España, 600 mts far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a Bar-Cafeteria opened from 5 p.m.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have Wireless connection.
