  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room/apartment per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    We always ask for payment on arrival in cash or by credit card.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are five floors and we have three elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All the frontal sea view apartments and studio have a large terrace with private solarium.
    All the apartments and studios have a balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All the standard and side sea view rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do not make any difference regarding this topic.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the rooms have TV with local and international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All the rooms have direct dial telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air conditioning and heating without any extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have an Internet corner with 3 modern computers in the lounge area and WI-FI connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We have an outdoor salted water swimming pool with a children section.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Free parking for our guests available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the reception.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a supermarket inside the hotel area with plenty of English and national products.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Ibiza Airport which is 20 minutes by car.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do not have pickup or shuttle service.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The central bus stop is 500 meters away from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    There are no trains in Ibiza.
  • How far away is the beach?
    There is the beach in front of the hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    It is a sandy public beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a fitness center a 200 meters from the hotel.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We have the restaurant and the pool bar serving snacks.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    There is no Internet connection in the rooms.
