  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival and the extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and 1 elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms on the front face of the building have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms on the front face of the building have a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning without any extra charge over the summer and heating over the winter time.

  Yes. From 8 a.m. until 23 p.m.

  No, this service is not available.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  From November on. There will be a gym, jacuzzi and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome. There is a supplement for dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. There is a restaurant á la carte serving national, international and balearic specialities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. there is an internet connection in the rooms.
