 The hotel Araxa is situated in Son Armadams, quiet and charming residential area. Just some minutes away walking from points of touristic interest like Bellver Castle, Spanish Village or Maritim Promenade. There is a bus stop 200 metres away and every 5 minutes there is a bus to the city centre or to Plaza the Espaņa (head station) which is well communicated all around the island. The best way to reach the hotel Araxa from the airport is taking a taxi. It takes about 15 minutes and the taxis are just outside the airport. There is not a direct public transport from there. |

Coming from the airport: Palma international airport is only 12 kilometres away. The easiest way is to take a taxi and within 15 minutes you will be at the hotel.
There is also the chance of taking the public transport: you should take bus number 1 at the airport: exit the airport and cross the parking, in front of the train station you will find the bus stop. You have to stop at Puerto Pi and from there take another bus to the hotel (you can also stop at Paseo Jaime III and take the bus from there). The bus you have to take is number 3, ask the driver which is the nearest stop to Hotel Araxa. When you get off the bus cross the street and follow the street in front of you (you will see the sign to Hotel Isla Mallorca) pass in front of the other hotel and soon you will see the Hotel Araxa.
Coming by car: when you are reaching Palma follow the road signs to Puerto Pi and then go straight ahead following the signs to city centre, soon you will see a sign to hotel Isla Mallorca turn left and after few metre you will see the hotel on your right hand. |
