I asked for a room over looking the airport and had to go back to reception where i was moved to the room i requested without a problem ... the facts about where you pick up the shuttle bus would help make it easier as i had to phone hotel to find out ... the perfect base for a Madrid trip. great rooms great service and friendly staff
