• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per aparment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not give this service.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No you cannot.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Normaly, our receptionist speak English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our apartments have 2 floors and there are not lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the aparments are very quiet, and we have some very private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all the apartments on the ground floor have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all the apartments on the first floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, We do not have a telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning in the rooms/aparments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have two swimming pools and the time is from 10 a.m. till 20:00.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In front of ours apartments there is a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are several comercial centres, supermarkets and many different shops near the aparments.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Arrecife airport is only 8 Km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is the line Puerto del Carmen-Arrecife and is beside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Lanzarote there is no railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is only at 800 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  All the beaches are public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, There is not, there is a poolbar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
