• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included. We offer a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The towels and linens will been provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  They have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there in not air concitioning in the rooms, however there is in public areas.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There are a lot of restaurants where you can have a wonderful dinner with your family or friends.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Adults and children swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Shops and supermarkets are within short walking distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fuerteventura airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have it, however we can call a taxy for you and it will take you 8 minutes from our apartments to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There is not.
• How far away is the beach?
  500 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a Gym and squash, solarium...
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
