If you donīt arrive the day of your reservation or you cancel your stay after 4 pm of the day prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the first night amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
