• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The Hotel needs a credit card as deposit. The bill may be settle on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of them are very quiet, but there are Suites and Jr. Suites with special facilities.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  They have windows with panoramic views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, they have.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, they have.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The rooms are equipped with a fan and heating, not air conditioned.
