- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Depending on the rate. Is a buffet breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, but anyway we will take a credit card as guarantee. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Italian and German. Depending on the person which works that day. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 5 upper floors, and 2 underground floors. We have elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All of rooms are quiet, private and some are romantics. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
We have 10 rooms with a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Most of rooms have balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
4 floors are non smoking, and the lobby area is also non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All rooms have TV, with satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, in all rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms have independient air-conditioning and heating. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We offer our guests two computers with internet free of charge. Also all rooms have DSL connection free, and in lobby also we have Wi-Fi connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
We have garage exclusive for guest. - Where can we rent a car?
At reception desk. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Nearby guests can find a couple. - Which is the nearest airport?
Barajas, less than 2 kms far. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, from 7am to 11pm. Guests should pick up luggage and then call to the hotel to be picked up from airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
115 and N4. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Chamartin. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
