- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Rates are per person per night.
- Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, You can pay at your check in.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We have a multilingual staff.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 10 floors and 3 elevators available for our guests as well as access for disabled. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Our rooms are quiet and very spacious. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, all our rooms have terrace and all of them facing the garden and the pool. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have non smoking rooms on request. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes there are satellite TV in all the rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There are telephone but without direct diialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
We have air conditioning and fan free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes we have two points. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We have two outside swimming pools, one for childrens and one for adults and one Jacuzzi as well. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, we have parking free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in our Reception. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are a supermarket at 100 m. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Pablo Ruiz Picasso(AGP) in Malaga, 6 km. far away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, you must take a taxi. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

The Playamar Beach is Public. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have one Jacuzzi in the Garden near the swimming. - Are pets welcome?
No. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes. We offer Half Board and Full Board service in our Buffet Restaurant. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
