spiral staircase very narrow - very difficult to get a rigid suitcase up to the bedroom! Recommended for slim people!

Quirky and fun, clean, split level rooms. Downstairs lounge/kitchinette with steep and narrow spiral staircase (take squashy bags, impossible to get a rigid suitcase up them!) leads to fairly compact double room with small but perfectly formed bathroom. Good restaurant with outside terrace. Good and reasonably priced breakfasts. Friendly staff. Dramatic scenery, however you do have views of the electricity sub-station (but this did not spoil our visit). Hotel very popular with walkers/climbers.
