• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet-Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The total amount has to be paid on arrival at the Hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet...perfect to relax during your stay.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our Rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No but there are terraces.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have but on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in bedroom and lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes but only working during Summer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The Hotel has a swimming pool which opens from 10:00H - 20:00H.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Inside the Hotel there is a rent a car company.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Inside the Hotel there is a Mini-Market.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the TFN Los Rodeos which is 20km from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 300m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There is no Railway Station in the Tenerife.
• How far away is the beach?
  The Playa Jardín beach is 300m away from the Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The Hotel has a Fitness Center (with extra charge) and a Jacuzzi (free of charge).
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Hotel has 3 Restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
