 The inn is placed 20 metres from Playa del Poniente, one of the most popular beaches near Motril, only 5 km from the centre of the city. Great views and comfortable settings create the best atmosphere for travellers on business trips or needing somewhere to stay for a long period. Playa del Poniente is just one of the seven beaches in the coast of Motril, a city with a permanent sun almost every day in the year and all sorts of castles and fortresses to visit from the Arab domination: actually, the name "Motril" derives from the original "Mu-tra-yil" given by them before the Spanish colonization. |
 Nowadays, the city stands between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain chain of Sierra Lújar: therefore, in summer the fine sands become the best option to sunbathe, and in winter, the Serra Nevada mountains invite for a thrilling day at the ski slopes. The hotel, built in 2002, features 93 guestrooms along its four floors, as well as two restaurants, a disco that is opened on request for groups and four meeting rooms for up to 280 people standing. |
