• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, VAT included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price, though you can request it, also in the apartment. It is served from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. It is not possible to settle it on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a miltilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 12 floors in the building. We dispose of elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments are very quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our apartments have a small terrace, mainly with view on the beach.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They have a small terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, apartments are provided with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. Air conditionning and heating are included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  It is possible to have an Internet connection in the apartments.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool open all year, according to the weather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we dispose of a big free private parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket inside the building and others not far from our Flatotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Picasso Ruiz Airport of Malaga (12 Km)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, please ask the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Flatotel Internacional.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Benalmadena - Arroyo de la Miel.
• How far away is the beach?
  Flathotel Internacional is right in front of the beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gymnasium and massage service on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, open for lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible on request.
