| Cancellation Policy | |
If, once the reservation has been confirmed, the clients were not to arrive, the Hotel is expressly permitted to demand payment from the Agency for the amount of the first night (according to contracted prices on the board basis of the reservation). However, if the reservation includes some days within Holly Week or August, the hotel will charge the full stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
