• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the prices. The buffet breakfast has an additional cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English and some French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 23 floors, we have two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not. Terrace and solarium at the top of the building (access for the clients from the 23rd floor).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are smoking and non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in every room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning available with no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet corner at the 14th Floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an outdoor swimming pool and it is open all year long.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private and cover parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent at car at the reception/information desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Manises Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pickup or shuttle service if requested by the guest.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Numbers 62 and 63, Corts Valencianas-Palau de Congressos stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Estación del Norte (train station). Beniferri on yellow line for metro.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Free access for the guest at the Fitness Center, sauna and outdoor pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a very nice restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Wi-Fi internet connection.
