- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per room or suite. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Delicious and deliciously complete Buffet Breakfast is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can settle the accomodation bill on arrival and extras upon departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Spanish, English, French and German are spoken at the reception. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
It is a U shape building with four floors and seven lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes they are. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All the rooms feature terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
They have terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Non smoking rooms & suites are located on the first floor. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV in all the rooms and suites and there are international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the rooms and suites benefit air conditioning and central heating during the whole year without an extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
All the property have complimentary high speed internet access but you can also connect through the TV or in the Business Center. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The swimming pool is open throughout the whole year. - Is parking or garage available?
You have a free openair parking area and a payable indoor garage which is aproximately 15 € per day. - Where can we rent a car?
Our Guest Attention Department will help you with any request you may have. They can also arrange for you rent a car. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
You have two supermarkets right closed to the hotel: LIDL and Supersol. - Which is the nearest airport?
Malaga International Airport is 59 kilometres away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can arrange for you a private transfer in a Limousine or any kind of transport you prefer. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

The nearest railway station is in Fuengirola, 30 kilometres away. - How far away is the beach?
The beach is 200 metres away from the hotel. During the summer time you can enjoy our Beach Club with free sunbeds and parasols for our clients as well as a courtesy transfer from the hotel to the beach. - Is the beach private or public?
It is a public beach. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
