  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Rates are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price, but this service is available. Please ask our staff about our offers and you will be delighted with our complete buffet breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can pay either at your check in our check out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, English and French. We have a multilingual staff.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and 2 elevators available for our guests as well as access for disabled.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very quiet and especially designed for a complete comfort and rest of our guests.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We do not dispose of this kind of rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We do not dispose of this kind of rooms.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We dispose of non smoking rooms available on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    All rooms feature TV with international channels and Pay-per-view movies.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have direct dial telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Complimentary individual air conditioning and heating is available in every room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We dispose of 3 complimentary cyber corners available 24 hrs.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our swimming pool is opened all year round. Indoors in winter and outdoors in summer.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    An indoor parking at the hotel is available for our guests on request with an extra charge.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the airport,just 2 minutes from the hotel, and where you will be able to go for free by using our shuttle service.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a short walking distance if you need to buy something at the supermarket.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Madrid Barajas International Airport is just 1,5 km away from the hotel and perfectly connected by our free shuttle service.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    By calling to our hotel when you get at the airport our shuttle(complimentary) will pick you up (available from 6 am till midnight) or bring you back to the airport whenever you may need the service.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    A bus stop is available just 50 meters away from the hotel. (Galeón).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Atocha Renfe (14 km from the Hotel).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    A complimentary gym is available for our guests all year round.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome in our hotel and no extra charges will be asked for this service. (Maximum 15 kg).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Restaurant "Numerus Clausus" is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, a complimentary Internet access is available in every room.
