  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room & night. All taxes included.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, it is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, all payments at arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, Catalan, Swedish, Russian, German, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 9 floors with 2 elevators in the main building and 4 floors in the other 2 buildings also with elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are quiet, private and romantic rooms (we reccommend the superior rooms with jacuzzy , sea view and terrace). We can also organize romantic dinners on request for honey mooners.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Most of them.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Most of them.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV inside the rooms. The Sat TV is in the Superior Rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, we have air conditioning in the rooms. It's included in the price.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have the cyber corner. It has an extra cost. We have also internet at the rooms with PLC.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is. The swimming pool is open from April to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, there is no private parking but it is easy to park in the street in front of the hotel and it is free.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In our reception desk.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there is a supermarket 50 m from the Hotel, and a comercial center Porto PI 400 m from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Son Sant Joan (PMI). 9km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we haven't. We can arrange this service for the customer.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus stop number 6, just 50 m from the hotel. Takes you to Palma Catedral.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Plaza de Espaņa (Train to Soller) and Train to Inca.
  • How far away is the beach?
    Just 2.5 km in public transport. Cala Major.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Is a public beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, isn't there. Just 400 Mts we have an agreement with Fitness First Gym with discounts.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, we welcome pets (not more than 6.5 kg), it has an extra cost.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there are 2 restaurants, buffet style. We can also organize special gala dinner for groups.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, we offer PLC from the reception.
