• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We serve continental breakfast and it is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Depends on the receptionist, as a minimun english and spanish, some speak also french and italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of Junior suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Superior rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all the rooms, no internatioal channels by the moment, cooming soon.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, paid parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel or in avis, hertz or europcar and 1 minute walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Barajas.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San bernardo or Gran Via.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Principe pio or recoletos.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in the junior suites.
