  Each room has individual air conditionning. (no extra charge).

  No, but there is an internet point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The are 3 swimming pools.

  A public parking is located close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel.

  Yes, there are.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No sorry.

  There is a bus stop at 200 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Manacor at 20 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  500 m.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there are 2 outdoor jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. It offers international and local dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No sorry.
