  We always settle the bill on arrival and this can be paid in cash or by credit card.

  We speak Spanish and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors but we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have some rooms with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have some rooms with a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not direct dial telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  In Mijas there is a public swimming pool open in summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The public parkings are available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We are located in the centre of the village of Mijas so there are plenty of shops and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, there are not.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is International Airport of Málaga, only 20 Km from Mijas.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Mijas.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is in Fuengirola, only 8km from Mijas. There are many buses from Mijas.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
