• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception, English and Spanish languages spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors. We have lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of the rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No swimming pool.

  We don´t have our own parking.

  You can rent a car nearby, since we are located at downtown.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nearest airport is Malaga airport (Just 10 minutes).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don´t have shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest bus-stop at just 1 minute walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest railway station at just 1 minute walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
