As we arrived in 'out of season' we were able to check in at 1.30pm when we arrived. Also we asked the right question about where to park our hire car - useful to know the blue parking spaces are pay and display. ... Meal times - altho breakfast was 8 till 10 you were out of luck if you turned up at 9.55 as they cleared things away promptly at 10 and pulled the hatches down on the coffee machines. Same applied in the evening at 8.30 - when they turned the lights off over the food area. Pillows were dreadful. The Hotel Guide in the bedroom needed updating - it made not mention of the leisure facilities across the road which were good - but they needed lockers to put personal items in. ... limited English tv - only BBC News24 and Eurosport ... The hotel is fine especially if you have a room facing the sea otherwise the back facing rooms overlook a quiet road and at present there is construction opposite. Food is OK but with few vegetables. OK for a weeks holiday but certainly not a fortnight as there is very little to do. In high season probably better to go b&b and find some other places to eat which would while away the evening.
