- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Rates are per person per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is included in the price and is served as buffet. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Spanish, English, French, German, Swedish and Finnish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 6 floors and 2 elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Rooms are quiet, private and romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Not all the rooms have terrace, only the Junior suites. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All the rooms feature satellite TV with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All the rooms have direct dialling telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms have air condition/heating that can be regulated from the room. No surcharge.
- Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have an Internet point in the social room. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
There is an outdoor parking near the Hotel. - Where can we rent a car?
The receptionist can assist you on renting a car.
- Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Just in front of the Hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
Malaga "Pablo Ruiz Picasso" international airport (AGP) is just 15 minutes' drive from the Hotel.
- Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Costa del Sol square. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Torremolinos train station is just at 5 minutes' walk (150 mt).
- How far away is the beach?
Teh beach is at 700 mts walking. - Is the beach private or public?
Public. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
