• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night and per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet Breakfast is included in the price. We serve American Breakfat.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes indeed you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English, French and German. Our staff is multilingual.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Alay is composed of two interconnecting buildings, one five floor and the other one twelve floors high.
  Each building disposes of 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are private, romantic and tastefully decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms dispose of a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Not yet.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all rooms have Satellite TV with programmes in English, French and German.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms dispose of air conditioning in summer and heating in winter with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, the Hotel Alay disposes of two Internet cabins for our guests situated in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have two outdoors swimming pools, one with children section open in summer and the other which is heated and open also in winter. Opening hours : daily from 09.00 a.m. till 08.00 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We dispose of a car parking just outside the entrance without surveillance for about 40 cars free of charge. At only a few minutes from the Hotel Alay in the Marina there is a underground Parking with 24 hours surveillance at reasonable rates.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask our reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery Stores and Supermarkets are at a walking distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pablo Ruiz Picassa Malaga Airport at approx. 8 Kms from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No shuttle service is provided. We can arrange a taxi, minibus or coach for our clients.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop at 150 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest railway station : "El Pinillo" (2 stops past Torremolinos railway station)
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 50 metres distance from the Hotel Alay.
• Is the beach private or public?
  All beaches in Spain are public according to Spanish Law.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, both buffet style. Both International and Spanish Cuisine Served.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Dial-up connections are possible in the rooms.
