• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and with differents views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We don't have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV, but not with international channels. There is a satellite TV in the reception hall.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air condition/heating that can be regulated from the room. No surcharge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a swimming pool open in summer from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have parking, but near the hotel there are free parking places where you can easily park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly in the hotel. Please ask the receptin desk for information.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are several near the hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The International Airport of Malaga "Pablo Ruiz Picasso" (7 km from the hotel).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have a pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montemar, right in front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Torremolinos (at 500 mt from the Hotel).
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at just 5 minutes' walk.
• Is the beach private or public?
  All the beaches in Spain are public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, we do not allow domestic animals.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a restaurant and a bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
