• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we serve continental breakfast. For any extra requests, do not hesitate to ask us.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We dispose of 3 rooms with a balcony and 3 with a "mirador" (gable).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms dispose of cable TV cable with 56 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms dispose of air conditioning included in the room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is a computer in the reception hall where you can connect to Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a pay to park near the Hotel. Please ask the reception desk for more information on fees.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car hire offices near the Hotel. Please ask the reception desk. It is possible to have the car straight to the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pablo Ruiz Picasso International Airport of Malaga.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Alamos.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Malaga Centro.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request, only on the ground floor.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all rooms dispose of ADSL Internet connection free of charge.
