• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday until 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, buffet breakfast is not included. Buffet Breakfast and meals are served in table
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 62 rooms, 55 in the ground floor, and 7 at the first floor. This building has no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are quiet and sunny.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The 55 rooms on the ground floor have courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are TV in the rooms, but not satellte TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have air conditioning in the rooms and it is free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a large swimming pool. It opens from April to last September (although it depends on the weather).

  Yes, we have a parking available.

  At the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Jerez the la Frontera ( 18 km ).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop is at 500 m.

  El Puerto de Santa María Railway Station, at 3 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  Only 300 m.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, up to 25 kg.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
