• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Roooms: Check In from midday, Check Out before midday
  Apartments: Check In from 5pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the rooms' rate. The apartments dispose of a kitchenette and are self catering.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms and apartments are private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only some rooms dispose of a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms/apartments dispose of satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, included in the rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes at the reception desk, not included in the rate.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open all year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, please ask the reception desk.
• Where can we rent a car?

• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, near the hotel at a walking distance.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
