Within the Hotel,
guests can enjoy our restaurants and bars with a cuisine ranging from Mediterranean to Oriental not forgetting vegetarian menus. The restaurant and bar are available both to internal and external guests.
 
Our restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, overlooking the lovely garden and pool where guests can enjoy local culinary Japanese, Mediterranean delights as well as international cuisine. Our Japanese and Vegetarian Menus offer a variety of low calories dishes.
 
If you want to get in contact with the real Japanese style, please join our courses on "Tea Ceremony" one of the most important of Japanese culture expressions. This ceremony takes about 40 minutes, beginning with a brief introduction and followed by tea tasting accompanied with some Japanese sweets. We also organize Japanese Cuisine and Sake Tasting courses where you will learn how to make Sushi, Sashimi, Sunomono, Yokan, Tempura Sunomono and Green Tea Ice cream. Please ask us of you want to try the experience of wearing a Kimono.
