  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Rates are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast is included in the price. It is served from 08.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, English and Japanese are widely spoken.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has the ground and the first floor, with no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very quiet, private and romantic, especially our 2 Junior Suites: one which is completely Japanese and the other which is Occidental.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, almost all rooms have a terrace, some of them with sea view. We also dispose of 2 rooms provided with their own garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Almost all rooms have a terrace with sea view.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    All rooms feature cable TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have direct dialling telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air condition/heating that can be regulated from the room. No surcharge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have ADSL connection that is free charge.
    An e-mail point is available to guests beside the front desk.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a swimming pool outside, it's open all year long.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    An indoor parking is available to guests (surcharge, available on request).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The concierge can assist you on renting a car. Rent Car campanies bring the car to the hotel.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, 3 minutes on foot.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Malaga "Pablo Ruiz Picasso" international Airport (AGP) is just 12 minutes' drive.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Please ask the reception desk to arrange private transportation from/to airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    "Pez Espada" stop. We are at 3 minutes' walk.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    "El Pinillo". We are at 7 minutes' walk.
  • How far away is the beach?
    We are at about 300m from the nearest beach.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    There isn't any private beach in Spain. All of them are public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, where you can enjoy Japanese, Spanish and international cuisine. Dinner is served from 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, all rooms have free ADSL connection.
