• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included. We offer a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but you can also settle it on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and a little Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a small balcony, but not in all rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We provide guests non smoking rooms on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have Wi-Fi in the whole Hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a pay-to-park garage near our Hotel. We offer our guests a special night rate. We provide only with valet parking facilities complimentary.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car. Please ask the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malaga.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Alameda.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Malaga train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only guide-dogs are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, as there is Wi-Fi in the whole Hotel.
