We didn't have a map directing us to the hotel which was difficult to find.
Bolivar was there to greet us on our arrival and to treat us to a glass of wine on the rooftop deck.
Bolivar was a delight - he spoke excellent English and was well informed and very interesting to chat with. ... The hotel was beautifully decorated, situated in the old town close to quaint bars, shops and restaurants.
Attention was paid to every detail from Bolivar's welcome, to the soft lighting and music on enering the room, to the friendly breakfast service on the rooftop lounge and free access to bar and internet in the lounge.
