• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the room rate; the buffet breakfast has an additional cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible to settle the bill on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 12 floors with two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have 11 romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, rooms are equipped with air conditioning with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but the hotel disposes of Wi-Fi Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is one at 100 metres from the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent at car. Please ask the reception desk for information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pablo Ruiz Picasso International Airport of Malaga (AGP).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Canovas del Castillo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Malaga Centro.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All our guests have free access to the spa and fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi and solarium.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a nice restaurant at our guests' disposal.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All our rooms have Wi-fi Internet connection.
