All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Spanish, English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
8 floors. We hace two elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There are all kind of rooms, including private, romantic and quiet ones. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes. A large balcony (except 7 singles). - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

Yes. Open all year buy not heated. There is an indoor and heated small one. - Is parking or garage available?
