• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. we don`t serve breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the building with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but all rooms have direct access to a garden patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the suites have 2 balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite international TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning, no extra charge, all year around.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, please ask the reception desk for information.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental office just close to the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, several.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malaga International Airpor Ruiz Picasso (AGP) at 8 kilometres.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  La Carihuela, right in front of our entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Torremolinos centre, 1 km away.
• How far away is the beach?
  Fives minutes' walk, at 300 mt.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
