  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room and per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our Continental Breakfast is not included. We serve every morning coffee, tea, chocolate or a drink of your choice like freshly squeezed orange juice, varied pastries, 4 different types of bread, butter, several flavours marmalade, honey, yogurt and cereals.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you want.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, English and French (but the night only spanish).
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel is composed of ground floor where there is the receptions, the garden and the dining room, the first floor where you find the bedrooms and the second floor that is private. We have a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are nice and quiet, all different but those with garden views are specially charming.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Two rooms have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Two rooms have a terrace, all the others have views and big windows.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, every room was TV and more than 50 different channels in different languages.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Every room has a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Every room has air conditioning. It is free of any charge and it is individually controlled.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Not yet.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no swimming pool but the sea side is only 15 minutes walking.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a public parking 15 minutes away.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the reception desk.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Malaga airport is 30 minutes by car.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, this service is available on request and it has an extra cost.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Bus 36 has its firts stop in front of the hotel. Only 5 minutes away you can catch the bus Circular 1, Circular 2, Bus nr 1 and nr 37.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The train station is 15 minutes away. Bus Circular 1 and Circular 2, will bring you near there.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a Gym 5 minutes away and a wellness center only 15 minutos walking with jacuzzi, Sauna, etc.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome if they are kept under control and kept with them at all times.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We do not have a restaurant but in our dining room or in the terrace we can offer you a drink and a tapa.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No.
