Petit Palace Arana is placed in Bidebarrieta Street, opposite to the Arriaga Theatre, between the Old Town and The Ensanche, the most modern and commercial city centre of Bilbao. In its nearness, the underground stop (Plaza Nueva), is one of the most modern of Europe. Petit Palace Arana occupies an emblematic building of the middle of the XIX century, which front has a balcony of wood and crystal that they contrast with the modernist design of their rooms.
