- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11pm. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. We serve a delicious Continental Buffet Breakfast every morning from 07:30 - 10:30am. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, rooms may be paid on arrival or on departure date. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, French, German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The hotel has 6 floors and 2 elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The hotel does have quite, interior rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some rooms have a balcony and exterior views. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, availible on request. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
TV is availible in every room with national and international satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All rooms have direct dial telephones. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and heating at no extra cost. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We have 3 free internet points in the hotel and all rooms have free high speed internet access. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

Parking availible at extra cost in the "Plaza de Descalzas" aprox. 2 mins from the hotel. - Where can we rent a car?
Car renting may be reserved from the reception desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
