Positive: At the lobby level there is a room with two computers with high speed internet access, plus newspapers in Spanish and in English - very convenient.
Should mention: This Hotel offers a very good buffet-style breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, different Spanish cold-cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, very good coffee and a variety of fruits. I think that the customer should have the chance to include the breakfast at the time of booking.

Excellent location: close to a good selection of restaurants, local stores (not just 'tourist traps'). The Plaza Mayor area is within walking distance - if you don't like to walk, taxis are plentiful and rather cheap (plus the drivers of each of the 3 taxis we took were extremely friendly and helpful - you just have to start the conversation. Also, subway stations are close by.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay myself again.
