• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast isn´t included. It´s buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors, we have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, because they are soundproof.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, in the last floor some room have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have tv with some internationals channels , but not satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and it is free. Yes it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a "ciber corner".
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes, in the reception hotel can give you information about it.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Barajas Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, it is on request (24hrs before) it have an aditional charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Atocha and Chanmartin Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not property, we have special concert with 2 gyms close to hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Will be open next October.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, and it is free.
