• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, La Hacienda are self-catering apartments.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the price include air-conditioning and heating.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments are extremely quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Standard apartments have a big terrace and penthouses have a top floor roof equipped with a big terrace with panoramic views on the sea. Some of the apartments have also a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but they all dispose of terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in all the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning (heat and cold) included in price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but all the apartments have free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool. It is open from 10:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the afternoon during all the year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, each apartment has a private parking place included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores, supermarkets and shops are at just 1 km from the property, in Benalmadena Pueblo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pablo Ruiz Picasso international Airport of Málaga (AGP).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Benalmádena-Pueblo (near Plaza de Toros), just 1 km from the apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Benalmadena - Arroyo de la Miel (4 km from the apartments).
• How far away is the beach?
  5 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are restaurants just 1 km from the apartments, in Benalmadena Pueblo.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, apart from Wi-FI connection, you also have direct dial telephone in the apartment with dial-up connection.
