  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    All rates quotes include buffet breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    We don't offer heating service.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, the clients are asked to pay the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    At the Hotel, the receptionist speak Spanish, English, Greman, French, Hindi etc.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The Hotel Ocean Ponderosa, has eleven floors and two lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes the hotel has quiet, private and romanitc rooms. We would be highly obliged if the client could specify while reserving the room/s.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    The hotel provides bed linen and towels.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We highly regret, the rooms and appartments have no terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some of our rooms have a balcony, but the view varies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The Ocean has non smoking room also. We would be highly obliged if the clients could specify while reserving the room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the rooms have TV, and we also have international channels. There is an extra.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes at the Hotel, the client can dial directly and and the time of check out could settle the bill (extras).
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Unfortunately the hotel only has air conditioning in public areas, but not in the rooms.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    At the hotel, there is a restaurant.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    At the Ocean Ponderosa, we have computer, where the clients can pay and use the computers. The computers has internet connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The hotel has a swimming pool, open in all seasons, and also a children's pool is also available for the young hotel guests.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    The hotels has parking area, and its is subjected to availability.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The clients can rent a car at the reception.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes there are supermarkets nearby.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is the Lanzarote international airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, unfortunately we don't offer pick-up or shuttle services.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The central bus stop of Las Americas is only 500mts away from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    N/A.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is only 1000mts away from the hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    The beach is public beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    The fitness center is under construction.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes,The guests can enjoy a unforgettable eating experience, with an elegant and traditional service required in a hotel of this category. During the day, you have a choice of different cusines and drinks, where the good kitchen and the service provide excellent moments. In At the main restaurant they serve daily incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. At the Pool Bar it is served a variety of sandwiches and snacks for those guests who only want a light lunch.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
