By plane: The main airport near the NH Las Rozas is Barajas, placed in Madrid, at 32 kilometres distance from the front door of your lodging. This terminal welcomes both international and domestic flights and concentrates most of the air traffic in the country.
By car: From Barajas Airport, the distance by car to the NH Las Rozas Aparthotel can be covered in approx. 30 minutes. Once you leave the terminal, drive towards the exit from Madrid and take the M-11 following the signs "M-11/ M-607/ M-40/ Norte". After this, go in the direction "Exit 3 Calle Estación de Hortaleza" and "R-2 Zaragoza". Continue along the M-40 highway towards "Exit 46 A Coruña" and then drive onto the A-6. Take the exit "Camino Viejo de Madrid", which will lead you into Calle de López Santos street. Turn right at the end of it, into Camino Viejo de Madrid street, and you will find the hotel on number 38.
By train: The railway system known as RENFE or "Tren Cercanías" is really popular among travellers commuting from residential areas near Madrid to downtown. It has a number of stops in Las Rozas, but the closest to the hotel is "Las Rozas", placed a few blocks away. In order to reach the inn from the station, take Avenida de la Coruña, when this track divides into two go along the left track, and at a roundabout go along Calle del Alto de las Cabañas. This street will soon become Camino Viejo de Madrid and the hotel will come into view on number 38, after you cross Calle de López Santos.
The train reaches Atocha in Madrid: this station is one of the main transport hubs in the city, and from here you will be able to connect to other lines of metro and railway.
An alternative way to reach Madrid is through the many buses coming from Las Rozas. The lines 621 up to 629 belonging to the company that borders Madrid have many stops nearby the NH, and they all end in Moncloa, another hub with connections to other transports. If you need to reach the airport, you can get on the line 8 of the metro, which goes from Nuevos Ministerios to Barajas. |
